Demoiselle Apolline is a wine liqueur, created to celebrate the birth of the 25th generation of the Boinaud Family. Made from grape musts harvested at the estate and aged in oak barrels for 20 years in the family cellar N°8. This is a very limited edition with less than 9000 bottles.

Aromatic with floral notes of linden
Rich with sweet notes of honey followed by prunes & automn fruits. Enjoy it as an aperitif. It pairs wonderfully with blue cheese or desserts.
